As a part of the payments hub team, I was tasked with creating new page flows and design improvements for both the customer and the merchant online pay link experience.
Page Flows
Detailed flows for a multitude of online pay link scenarios. From domain connection to the pay link setup wizard. These prototypes are utilized by the engineering team as well as for internal demos.

Design Improvements
A variety of design components were created to enhance current page layouts and improve the overall visual experience. Many of these updates were released in increments as online pay links continued to rapidly scale.

Using the GoDaddy design system as my north star, I was able to create custom components that improved our teams’ efficiency during design production.
Usability Testing
Alongside the research team, I developed a strategy to gather the most useful data on a variety of online pay link scenarios. We guided a group of participants with questions and tasks that allowed us to provide comparative analysis of several layouts to our lead project manager.
