As part of the Payments Hub team at GoDaddy, I was tasked with improving the online pay link experience for both customers and merchants. The goal was to streamline page flows, elevate design quality, and ensure the product could scale effectively with increasing demand. This project was pivotal to enhancing user satisfaction and maintaining GoDaddy’s competitive edge in the online payment space.

I developed detailed page flows for multiple pay link scenarios. This included creating prototypes for the domain connection processes and pay link setup wizards. These prototypes were instrumental in guiding the engineering team and served as effective tools for internal demonstrations.

Collaborating closely with the research team, I helped devise a strategy to gather meaningful data from users.
